Part one of a two page scrapbook sample layout. This was our 4th of July for 2004. We had a great time at the concert in the park at Monument Park (honoring President McKinley). The scrapbook background paper is a patterned blue and star paper. I decided to try my hand at doing some stitching. I used precut scrap book lettering styles and mounted them on red paper that I tore. Then I did a simple straight stitch with DMC floss. The other letters are stickers. I mounted the photos on cardstock and did some more simple stitches for accent.
