Scrap Book Page Ideas for Girl

This is our 3rd daughter, Zhenya. She was our first exchange student from Russia. We really miss her. She was with us for one school year, but now she is back finishing her final year of school. I hope some day that she can come back some day.

 

Going thru all of my photos, I had some photos that didnt warrant a full scrap book page by themselves, but you just hate to throw them away, so I decided to make a page for each girl with some random photos from thru-out the year.

 

For Zhenya's page, I divided the scrapbook page into sections. The first section was for new things she tried. Then a section for silly faces she makes. Then a photo when she met the Governor of Georgia, and a photo of Zhenya and Gillian. Last, a group of photos of Zhenya and all of the friends she made while she was here.

 

The photo of her was mounted on a great patterned background scrapbook paper that matches all the other strips of background paper. To add a little interest, I added some embellishments like brads and snaps and a few tags with descriptions. The name Zhenya is stamped on vellum.
